Hello! My name is Bradley Funkhouser and I am a freelance drafter and 3D modeler with close to a decade of experience in the decking industry. I utilize my experience to create seamless communication with my clients and a hands off design and visualization process so you can focus on other aspects of your business and not be bogged down with creating permit plans and renderings for your clients. My renderings will WOW your clients and give them a firm sense of comfort as all of the details of their project are shown to them in a realistic image.

I know decks like the back of my hand, your client does not. While it is easy for you as a builder to envision how the finished product will look as you know exactly what work you need to do to build it, its not as easy to the homeowner. In a very short conversation I can gather all of your design ideas and create a 3D model then take it a step further by placing these models in a print ready file with your logo and anything else you would like to add to present to your client.
